Sunroom Addition in James Island

Featured Projects

Watermelon Run

This James Island remodel started out as a kitchen and sunroom addition and morphed into a kitchen remodel, laundry addition, and porch-sunroom conversion. Light and airy tones, with brass and dark oak accents were the highlight of this project. Needless to say, it turned out beautifully.

Keeping an open mind is critical while remodeling, and this North Mount Pleasant home is proof of that. Beautiful full custom slab maple cabinet doors and Emtek brass pulls are just a couple of the things we loved about this job.

Ambling Way

What began as an addition, turned into a kitchen and interior remodel with significant structural changes. After some design discussion with this client, we decided it was most economical to focus on the existing interior, to make it better work for them.

This Old Mount Pleasant 1960s brick ranch was dramatically transformed when we gutted the entire interior and took the exterior down to the studs. It's just as beautiful on the insides of the walls as it is on the outside!

Screened porch and sunroom additions require a very high level of attention to detail, which can be deceiving. This project is one example of our high-touch level of supervision.

This large master bath project was more of a renovation than a remodel, with most of the fixtures remaining in their same locations. However, there were some very unique details that set this bathroom apart from the hundreds of other bathrooms we've completed.
